Directions to clinic

From Portland:
Go west on US-26.
Merge onto OR-217 S via EXIT 69A toward Beaverton.
Take the OR-8 / CANYON RD. / OR-10 exit- EXIT 2A- toward Beaverton.
Turn RIGHT onto SW BEAVERTON-HILLSDALE HWY / OR-10.
This will turn into OR-10 / FARMINGTON RD.
Past the traffic light at 209th St, go an additional 1 mile and you will see the sign to the clinic on the right.
